Terms and conditions EIZO Student Award 2024

Der EIZO Photo Award wird von der EIZO AG (Schweiz), Moosacherstrasse 6, Au, 8820 Wädenswil organisiert.
Teilnahmeberechtigt ist jede Privatperson mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz oder Liechtenstein.
MitarbeiterInnen der Firma EIZO sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
Wettbewerbszeitraum: 01.10.2024 – Februar 2025. Einsendeschluss für das Bild anhand des Teilnahmeformulars ist der 30. November 2024.
Jedes Bild darf nur einmal eingereicht werden und muss eine Eigenkreation sein. Mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb bestätigen die TeilnehmerInnen automatisch, dass sie die Bildrechte besitzen.
Pro TeilnehmerIn kann maximal ein Foto eingereicht werden.
Dateiformat: JPG; Mindestgröße 2 MB und Höchstgröße 5 MB im sRGB-Farbraum, druckfähige Auflösung 300dpi.
Um beim EIZO Photo Award der EIZO AG (Schweiz) mitzumachen, muss der Teilnehmer bzw. die Teilnehmerin das von der EIZO AG (Schweiz) zur Verfügung gestellte Online-Teilnahmeformular vollständig ausfüllen und das hochgeladene Foto bis spätestens 30. November 2024, Mitternacht, einsenden.
Alle Bildherstellungsverfahren sind erlaubt einschliesslich KI (künstliche Intelligenz). Wird zur Erstellung eines Bildes oder eines Teils davon KI verwendet, muss dies in der Beschreibung des eingereichten Fotos explizit deklariert werden.
Die EIZO AG (Schweiz) übernimmt keine Haftung für verlorene, verspätete oder fehlgeleitete Einsendungen.
Soweit es für die Durchführung des Wettbewerbs erforderlich ist, willigt der Teilnehmer bzw. die Teilnehmerin in die Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung seiner personenbezogenen Daten ein, die EIZO AG (Schweiz) im Rahmen dieses Wettbewerbs erhält.
Mit der Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb erklären sich die TeilnehmerInnen damit einverstanden, dass ihre eingereichten Bilder auf eizo.ch, auf der EIZO Photo Awards Website eizophotoawards.ch veröffentlicht werden und dass die GewinnerIn und/oder FinalistInnen auf eizo.ch, im EIZO Newsletter und auf eizophotoawards.ch vorgestellt werden.
EIZO AG (Schweiz) behält sich ausdrücklich das Recht vor, diesen Wettbewerb vorzeitig zu beenden, zu verlängern und/oder diese Teilnahmebedingungen zu ändern. Entscheidet sich die EIZO AG für eine vorzeitige Beendigung, Verlängerung und/oder Änderung, wird die EIZO AG dies entsprechend kommunizieren, unter anderem auf der Website www.eizophotoawards.ch.
Teilnehmer, die sich nachweislich rechtsmissbräuchlich verhalten haben, werden vom Wettbewerb ausgeschlossen.
Mit der Teilnahme akzeptieren die TeilnehmerInnen die Teilnahmebedingungen unter Ausschluss des Rechtsweges. Die Entscheidung der Jury ist nicht anfechtbar. Es wird keine Korrespondenz geführt.
Ihre persönlichen Daten werden von EIZO vertraulich behandelt; sie werden von der EIZO AG ausschliesslich für die Abwicklung dieses Wettbewerbs verwendet. Ihre persönlichen Daten werden auf einem sicheren Computer in manuell zugänglichen Dateien gespeichert. Wir werden Ihre Daten absolut vertraulich behandeln. EIZO Photo Award est organisé par EIZO SA (Suisse), Moosacherstrasse 6, Au, 8820 Wädenswil.
La participation est ouverte à toute personne privée résidant en Suisse ou au Liechtenstein.
Les collaborateurs et collaboratrices de l'entreprise EIZO sont exclu·e·s du concours.
Période de concours : 01.10.2024 - février 2025. La date limite d'envoi d'images à l'aide du formulaire de participation est le 30 novembre 2024.
Chaque image ne peut être soumise qu'une seule fois et doit être une création personnelle. En participant au concours, les participant·e·s confirment automatiquement qu'ils possèdent les droits d'image.
Chaque participant·e· peut soumettre au maximum une photo.
Format de fichier : JPG ; taille minimale de 2 Mo et taille maximale de 5 Mo dans l'espace colorimétrique sRGB, résolution imprimable de 300 dpi.
Pour participer à l'EIZO Photo Award d'EIZO SA (Suisse), le participant ou la participante doit remplir intégralement le formulaire de participation en ligne mis à disposition par EIZO SA (Suisse) et envoyer la photo téléchargée au plus tard le 30 novembre 2024 à minuit.
Tous les procédés de création d‘images sont autorisés, y compris l‘utilisation d‘IA (Intelligence artificelle). Toute utilisation d‘IA pour la création une image en tout ou en partie doit être déclarer dans la description de la photo soumise.
EIZO SA (Suisse) décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de retard ou d'erreur d'acheminement des envois.
Dans la mesure où cela est nécessaire à la réalisation du concours, le participant ou la participante consent à la collecte, au traitement et à l'utilisation de ses données personnelles qu'EIZO SA (Suisse) reçoit dans le cadre de ce concours.
En participant à ce concours, les participant·e·s acceptent que les photos qu'ielles soumettent soient publiées sur eizo.ch, sur le site Internet des EIZO Photo Awards eizophotoawards.ch et que le gagnant·e et/ou les finalistes soient présenté·e·s sur eizo.ch, dans la newsletter EIZO et sur eizophotoawards.ch.
EIZO SA (Suisse) se réserve expressément le droit de mettre fin prématurément à ce concours, de le prolonger et/ou de modifier les présentes conditions de participation. Si EIZO SA décide de mettre fin prématurément au concours, de le prolonger et/ou de le modifier, EIZO AG le communiquera en conséquence, notamment sur le site Internet www.eizophotoawards.ch.
Les participant·e·s dont il est prouvé qu'ielles ont commis un abus de droit seront exclu·e·s du concours.
En participant, les participant·e·s acceptent les conditions de participation, à l'exclusion de tout recours juridique. La décision du jury ne peut pas être contestée. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée.
Vos données personnelles seront traitées de manière confidentielle par EIZO ; elles seront utilisées par EIZO SA exclusivement pour le déroulement de ce concours. The EIZO Photo Award is organized by EIZO AG (Switzerland), Moosacherstrasse 6, Au, 8820 Wädenswil.
Any private person residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein is eligible to participate. Participants must be accredited at a Swiss educational institution. Employees of the EIZO company are excluded from participation.
Competition period: 25.03.2024 - 31.08.2024. Deadline for submission of the picture / video together with the entry form is June 14, 2024.
Each image/video may only be submitted once and must be an original creation. By entering the competition, participants automatically confirm that they own the image rights.
A maximum of one photo/video may be submitted per participant.
File format: JPG; minimum size 2 MB and maximum size 5 MB in sRGB color space, printable resolution 300dpi. For videos, a Vimeo or Youtube link must be provided..
In order to participate to the EIZO Photo Award of EIZO AG (Switzerland), the participant must fill out the online participation form provided by EIZO AG (Switzerland) completely and send it including the uploaded photo/link to the video by June 14, 2024, midnight latest.
All image creation processes are permitted, including the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence). Any use of AI to create an image in whole or in part must be declared in the description of the submitted image.
EIZO AG (Switzerland) cannot accept any responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
To the extent necessary for the execution of this contest, the participant gives their consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal data received by EIZO AG (Switzerland) in the course of this contest.
By participating in this contest, the participants agree that their submitted images may be published on eizo.ch, on the EIZO Photo Awards website eizophotoawards.ch and that the winner and/or finalists may be presented on eizo.ch, in the EIZO newsletter and on eizophotoawards.ch.
EIZO AG (Switzerland) expressly reserves the right to terminate this competition prematurely, to extend it and/or to change these conditions of participation. If EIZO AG decides to prematurely terminate, extend and/or change, EIZO AG will communicate this accordingly, including on the website www.eizo.ch.
Participants who can be proven to have abused their rights will be excluded from the competition.
By participating, the participants accept the conditions of participation under exclusion of legal recourse. The jury's decision is not contestable. No correspondence will be entered into.
EIZO will treat your personal data confidentially; it will be used by EIZO AG exclusively for the administration of this competition. Your personal data will be stored on a secure computer in manually accessible files. At the end of the contest, your data will be securely deleted. We will keep your data absolutely confidential.
